建立了以板单元为基础的某型农用车车架有限元模型,并对其进行了静态分析、模态分析和随机振动分析,分析结果与相关试验数据吻合,验证了模型的正确性;在此基础上,进一步建立了车架的参数化有限元模型和优化数学模型,并利用基于遗传算法的优化程序对其进行优化求解,取得了较理想的减重效果。分析结果为车架的改型设计提供了参考。
The finite element model of a frame of agricultural vehicles based on plate element is established and the static analysis, modal analysis and stochastic vibration analysis are carried out. The analysis results are in good agreement with the relevant experimental data to verify the correctness of the model. Based on this, the parametric finite element model and the optimization mathematical model of the frame are further established, and the optimization algorithm based on the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution. The ideal weight loss effect is achieved. The analysis results provide a reference for the retrofit design of the frame.
