高职学生普遍存在学习目标不明确、学习积极性不高、自主学习能力较差的问题。要提高学生的自主学习能力,首先要以有利于学生自主学习为指导,在人才培养目标和教学模式确定方面转变观念;其次也要在教育教学中大胆创新,为学生自主学习创造必要的保障;更重要的是要在课堂教学等环节中善于创设开放、宽松的课堂气氛,逐步培养学生自主学习的良好习惯;另外,科学、合理的评价机制对于提高高职学生的自主学习能力也有着重要的作用。
Higher vocational students generally have the learning objective is not clear, learning enthusiasm is not high, the problem of poor self-learning ability. To improve students ’ability to learn independently, we must first change the concept in favor of students’ self-learning, in terms of the goal of personnel training and the determination of teaching mode.
