针对海外项目管控的特殊性,从强化合同管理、严格成本控制、优化资源配置、强化风险防范等方面分析了海外项目有效管控的重点,从完善海外内控体系、强化海外监管、实施人才“本土化”战略、加强项目团队建设、推行项目稽查制度、构建弹性的激励约束机制等方面探讨了实现海外项目有效管控的途径。此外,对如何克服传统海外项目管理方式的缺点提出了建议。
In view of the particularity of overseas project management and control, this paper analyzes the key points of effective overseas project control from strengthening contract management, strict cost control, optimizing resource allocation and strengthening risk prevention.
