采用正交设计实验,在不同的水浴温度、搅拌速度、升温速度及回差值的条件下测量了恒温水浴槽的灵敏度。实验结果表明:恒温水浴槽灵敏度测定的最优条件是水浴温度为测定上限值的90%~96%、回差值为0.1、慢搅拌、弱加热。并由此计算出水浴温度、搅拌速度、加热速度、回差值与灵敏度的相关系数的比值为0.640∶0.449∶0.658∶1。
The orthogonal design experiment was used to measure the sensitivity of the thermostatic water bath under different water bath temperature, stirring speed, heating rate and backlash. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for the determination of the sensitivity of the thermostatic water bath are as follows: the bath temperature is 90% ~ 96% of the upper limit of determination, the hysteresis is 0.1, slow stirring and weak heating. And the ratio of the correlation coefficient of the water bath temperature, the stirring speed, the heating speed, the hysteresis value and the sensitivity was calculated to be 0.640: 0.449: 0.658: 1.
