边陲春意浓,垦区气象新。自1997年始,兵团党委把每年的3月定为全兵团职业道德、社会公德、家庭美德(“三德”)教育月。两年多来,各级党委切实把“三德”教育月活动作为加强思想道德建设。提高职工队伍素质的重要举措,精心组织,注重实效,以月促年,使之成为兵团精神文明建设一道亮丽的景观。“三德”教育月,是兵团人的独创,是广大干部职工走向新世纪的“必修课”。各级党委通过“三德”教育,着力从5个方面塑造跨世纪兵团人形象:塑造兵团人热爱新疆,屯垦戍边的形象。针对当前兵团职工队伍结构变化较大的状况,各级党委以新职工为教育重点,以热爱新疆、热爱兵团为“三德”教育的基本要求,通过广泛深入地开展“三德”教育,引导新职工逐步树立屯垦戍边意识,尽快实现由“淘金者”到“兵团人”的转变。
