将杧果品种‘Dashehsri’植株栽植于纯砂中。分别提供完全营养藏以及缺锰(0.0055mg/l和0.055mg/l)、缺锌(0.0013mg/l和0.0065mg/l)、缺硼(0.0033mg/l和0.033mg/l)营养液。缺锌症状首先出现,缺硼和缺锰症状出现较迟。缺锌及缺锰两种症状均呈现在幼叶和中龄叶上,但两者的症状显然不同。缺硼可见症状首先在幼叶出现,然后顶端生长点枯死,继而大量副芽也枯死。缺素植株叶片的含锰、锌、硼量减少,且随着症状的如重而下降。移植124周后,严重缺素的植株,其叶片含锰量为3.8μg/g、含锌量为<7.0μg/g、含硼量为20μg/g(干重);对照(完全营养液)叶片的含锰、锌和硼量分别为22.28μg/g和100μg/g(干重)。
The mangosteen cultivar ’Dashehsri’ is planted in pure sand. Complete nutrient stocks were provided as well as manganese (0.0055 mg / l and 0.055 mg / l), zinc deficient (0.0013 mg / l and 0.0065 mg / l), boron deficient (0.0033 mg / l and 0.033 mg / l) nutrient solutions, respectively. Zinc deficiency symptoms first appeared, boron and manganese deficiency symptoms appear later. Both zinc deficiency and manganese deficiency were present in young and middle aged leaves, but the symptoms of both were significantly different. The first signs of boron deficiency appear in the young leaves, then the top of the growth point withered, followed by a large number of side buds also withered.
