结肠脂肪瘤临床上少见 ,临床表现不具特征 ,术前易被误诊甚至误治 ,加重了患者的身心痛苦。本文总结了 5例结肠脂肪瘤病例 ,结合文献复习讨论本病的诊断和治疗。1 临床资料1 .1 一般情况5例中男性 1例、女性 4例 ;年龄 4 1～ 79岁 ,平均 53.4岁。1 .2 临床表现有脐周不规则
Clinically, colonic lipomas are rare, and their clinical manifestations are not characterized. They can be misdiagnosed or even misdiagnosed before surgery, which aggravates the patient’s physical and mental pain.
