驶入式货架立柱在垂直货物通道方向上的计算长度系数受多种因素影响。首先,对于上端受水平位移约束而下端受扭转约束的单柱模型,推导了弹性屈曲荷载计算公式。计算结果表明,当模型中约束刚度较小时,约束刚度的变化对立柱计算长度系数产生明显影响。此后,采用有限元分析方法分析了单列立柱模型的弹性屈曲荷载,得到立柱的计算长度系数。柱列模型中的牛腿梁和荷载分布不均现象均可以提高模型的弹性屈曲荷载。基于数值计算结果,得到了立柱计算长度系数的简化计算公式。若已知立柱柱脚转动刚度和支撑体系侧向刚度,可由此公式计算立柱的计算长度系数。
The calculation of the length factor of a walk-in column in the direction of a vertical cargo passage is influenced by a number of factors. First of all, for the single-column model whose upper end is restrained by horizontal displacement and whose torsion is restrained at the lower end, the formula of elastic buckling load is deduced. The results show that when the restraint stiffness in the model is small, the variation of the restraint stiffness has a significant effect on the length coefficient of the column. After that, the elastic buckling load of single column model was analyzed by finite element analysis method, and the calculated length coefficient of column was obtained. The leg beam and the uneven distribution of load in the column model can improve the elastic buckling load of the model. Based on the numerical results, a simplified calculation formula for calculating the length coefficient of the column is obtained. If you know the column leg rotation stiffness and the lateral stiffness of the support system can be calculated by this formula column length factor calculation.
