党的十一届三中全会以来,各级党和政府的组织人事部门按照党的干部“四化”的方针和德才兼备的标准,选拔了一大批优秀的中青年干部走上各级领导岗位,为实现党的事业后继有人、持续发展做出了重大的贡献。 但是,我们也要清醒地认识到,在选拔任用干部工作中,有些地区、有些部门、有些单位并没有严格地按照党的干部政策去选拔任用干部,程度不同地存在着用人“不公”的不正之风。造成选拔任用干部工作中的不正之风的原因是多方面的,其中一个重要的原因,是一些组织人事部门的干部的政治素质和业务素质不高。因此,要加强组织人事部门自身建设,努力提高组织人事部门的干部的整体素质,正确贯彻执行党的任人唯贤的干部路线,坚决防止和纠正选拔任用干部工作中的不正之风。
