本文通过对ZS药业进行调研和考察,收集与ZS药业平衡计分卡项目相关的数据资料、观察记录,并对公司员工进行访谈。通过与ZS药业的一系列研讨,为ZS药业制定了企业战略目标,并引入平衡计分卡作为基础制定经营绩效考核指标体系来实施。本文最后对企业成功实施平衡计分卡提出建议,为其他企业实施平衡计分卡提供借鉴。
Through the investigation and investigation of ZS Pharmaceuticals, this paper collects the data and data related to the ZS Pharmaceutical Balanced Scorecard Project, observes the records and makes interviews with the employees of the company. Through a series of discussions with ZS Pharmaceutical, ZS Pharmaceutical has formulated its corporate strategic objectives and introduced Balanced Scorecard as its basis to formulate operational performance evaluation index system. At the end of this paper, we put forward suggestions on the successful implementation of BSC by enterprises and provide reference for other enterprises to implement BSC.
