[目的]研究氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺半致死剂量处理后,甜菜夜蛾4龄幼虫的羧酸酯酶(CarE)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)活性的变化规律。[结果]CarE、GST活性测定结果显示,经过氯虫苯甲酰胺处理后CarE比活力在1 h达到最高,为147.83μmol/L/mg pro/30min,随后逐渐下降,处理后48 h比活力最低,但与0 h处理差异不显著;药剂处理后2 h,GST比活力为1.27 OD/mg pro/min,显著高于0、0.5、4、8、16、24、48 h处理的比活力。氟虫双酰胺处理后CarE、GST比活力均在1 h达到最大值,分别为15.18μmol/L/mg pro/30min、4.08 OD/mg pro/min,随着处理时间的增长,比活力均呈下降趋势,处理24 h后达到最低,但均与0 h处理差异不显著。[结论]氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺处理甜菜夜蛾后可诱导CarE、GST活性增强,加快药剂的代谢,但随着处理时间的增加,其活性逐渐降低。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the changes of carboxylesterase (CarE), glutathione-S-transferase (GST) activity of the 4th instar larvae of beet armyworm after semi-lethal dose of chlorambucil and flubendiamide law. [Result] The results of CarE and GST assay showed that the specific activity of CarE reached the peak at 147 h after 1 h, reached the peak at 147.83 μmol / L / mg pro / 30 min and then decreased gradually. The specific activity of CarE at 48 h after treatment was the lowest , But there was no significant difference with 0 h treatment. The specific activity of GST was 1.27 OD / mg pro / min 2 h after treatment, which was significantly higher than that of 0, 0.5, 4, 8, 16, 24 and 48 h treatment. After the treatment with flubendiamide, the specific activity of CarE and GST reached the maximum at 1 h, which were 15.18μmol / L / mg pro / 30min and 4.08 OD / mg pro / min, respectively. With the increase of treatment time, Down trend, reaching the lowest after 24 h treatment, but no significant difference was found between 0 h treatment and 0 h treatment. [Conclusion] The activity of CarE and GST could be enhanced after being treated with chlorantraniliprole and flubendiamide, and the activity of CarE and GST could be accelerated, and the metabolism of the drug could be accelerated. However, the activity decreased with the increase of treatment time.
