On the 2nd, Shi Zongyuan, secretary of the provincial party committee and director of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, attended the opening ceremony and made speeches at the provincial leading cadres’ study and implementation of the spirit special training class for the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
