玉米秸秆炭化工艺参数试验研究

为明确炭化过程中玉米秸秆内部温度变化情况,设计了上下隔热的网状试验容器以保证试验过程中热量只沿径向传导至秸秆内部,对炭化炉炉门进行改造以方便连接温度传感器。利用K型热电偶温度传感器对玉米秸秆在恒温炭化过程中内部不同位置温度进行检测,得到其在炭化过程中内部沿径向不同位置的升温规律。以不同的含水率、压缩率和炭化温度为试验因素,以达到稳定温度的平均时间为试验指标,利用SRJX-4-9型金属加热炉来研究玉米秸秆炭化时的工艺参数,并通过正交试验和极差优化分析,以确定最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明:玉米秸秆在恒温热解过程中表现出与试验因素水平和测量位置明显相关的内部温度变化。在正交试验的过程中观察到沿秸秆内部径向均匀放置的4个温度传感器在试验过程中均表现出一致的规律即随着恒温热解的进行,秸秆内部测量点各自在一稳定温度上波动,达到稳定温度的平均时间与不同因素水平的相关性显著。通过对正交试验结果进行极差分析得到适宜工艺参数为:压缩率80%,含水率8%,炭化温度500℃,并通过Matlab中stepwise逐步回归分析得到各因素对试验指标的回归方程。 In order to clarify the internal temperature change of corn stalk in carbonization process, a mesh test vessel was designed to insulate the upper and lower insulated meshes to ensure the heat transfer to the straw only in the radial direction. The door of the carbonization furnace was modified to facilitate the connection of the temperature sensor. The K-type thermocouple temperature sensor was used to detect the internal temperature of corn stalks during the isothermal carbonization, and the internal temperature of the corn stalks along the radial direction in the carbonization process was obtained. Using different moisture content, compression rate and carbonization temperature as the experimental factors, the average time to reach the steady temperature was taken as the experimental index. The process parameters of carbonization of corn stalk were studied by SRJX-4-9 metal heating furnace. Experimental and very poor optimization analysis to determine the best process parameters. The results showed that the corn stalks showed the internal temperature change obviously correlated with the experimental factors and the measuring positions during the pyrolysis. During the orthogonal experiment, it was observed that four temperature sensors placed along the radial direction of the straw uniformly showed the same rule during the experiment. That is, with the pyrolysis of the temperature, the measurement points inside the straw were at a steady temperature Fluctuation, the average time to reach a stable temperature and the level of different factors significant correlation. Through the range analysis of the orthogonal test results, the suitable process parameters are as follows: the compression rate is 80%, the moisture content is 8% and the carbonization temperature is 500 ℃. The regression equation of each factor to the test index is obtained through the stepwise stepwise regression analysis in Matlab.
