目的 研究海星甾醇A1998对AlCl3 所致急性衰老小鼠记忆障碍的保护作用及其作用机制。方法 scAlCl370mg·kg-1共 7d ,po 6 4,19 2 ,5 7 6mg·kg-1海星甾醇A1998共 2 5d后 ,测定“Y”型迷宫实验、跳台实验、避暗法实验小鼠的学习记忆能力 ,同时测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 海星甾醇各剂量组能够减少小鼠受触电击次数和动物数 ,缩短到达终点时间 ;2 4h后重复实验 ,可延长跳下平台的潜伏期 ,减少错误次数和频率 ;能够明显延长避暗法实验小鼠进入暗箱的潜伏期 ,增强GSH Px及SOD活性。结论 海星甾醇对AlCl3 所致急性衰老小鼠记忆障碍具有保护作用 ,能增强记忆的获得、巩固和再现。其作用机制可能是增强GSH Px及SOD活性 ,清除过多过氧化脂质
Objective To study the protective effect of starfish sterol A1998 on memory impairment induced by AlCl3 in acutely senile mice and its mechanism. METHODS: The rats in “Y” maze test, jumping test and avoidance test were screened for the effects of scAlCl370mg · kg-1 for 7 days, po 6 4,192,767mg · kg-1 for 2 days. Memory ability, simultaneous determination of glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Results Each dose of starfish steroid could reduce the numbers of electric shocks and animals and shorten the arrival time of the mice. Repeated experiments after 24 hours prolonged the incubation period of the jumped platform, reduced the number of errors and frequency, prolonged the avoidance test Mice into the dark box incubation period, enhance GSH Px and SOD activity. Conclusion Starfish sterol has a protective effect on memory impairment in mice with acute aging induced by AlCl3, which can enhance the acquisition, consolidation and reproduction of memory. Its mechanism of action may be to enhance GSH Px and SOD activity, remove excess lipid peroxidation
