从我国小水电的现状可以看到:提高设备年利用小时数,降低单位瓩造价和提高设备管理水平是提高小水电经济效益的重要途径。一、发电设备年利用小时数低是我国小水电普遍存在的问题,是经济效益差的重要因素之一。青海省小水电的年利用小时数,大多数为2000~2500小时,微型电站更低,个别电站不到1000小时。具主要原因大致有:1.高寒地区,水工设计考虑不足,冬李长达百数十天被迫停运;2.水文资料精度不够或计算粗略误差过大造成保证率低,
