目的探讨瑞格列奈片及二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月在贵州省黔南州人民医院接受治疗的66例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为A、B、C组,每组22例。A组给予瑞格列奈片治疗;B组给予二甲双胍片治疗;C组给予瑞格列奈片联合二甲双胍片治疗,均治疗3个月。对三组治疗后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)指标、临床总有效率及不良反应发生率进行综合评价。结果治疗前,三组FPG、PBG、Hb Alc指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,C组的FPG、PBG、Hb Alc指标明显低于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C组的临床治疗总有效率为95.5%高于A组72.7%,B组68.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组不良反应比较,A组5例(22.7%),B组4例(18.2%),C组1例(4.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者给予瑞格列奈片联合二甲双胍片治疗,能够有效改善患者的血糖与Hb Alc水平,治疗效果优于单纯瑞格列奈片治疗或二甲双胍片治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of repaglinide and metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty-six patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Qiannan Prefecture People’s Hospital of Guizhou Province from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into A, B and C groups, with 22 in each. Group A received repaglinide tablets treatment; Group B received metformin tablets treatment; Group C received repaglinide tablets combined with metformin tablets treatment, were treated for 3 months. The fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h blood glucose (PBG), HbAc, clinical total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated comprehensively in three groups. Results Before treatment, the levels of FPG, PBG and Hb Alc in the three groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the indexes of FPG, PBG and Hb Alc in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B (P <0.05), and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in group C was 95.5% higher than that in group A (72.7% , 68.2% in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Among the three groups, there were 5 cases in group A (22.7%), 4 cases in group B (18.2%) and 1 case (4.5%) in group C, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with repaglinide and metformin tablets can effectively improve the level of blood glucose and Hb Alc in patients with type 2 diabetes. The treatment is superior to repaglinide alone or metformin tablets.
