[目的]检测RABSA蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与转移的关系。[方法]应用免疫组化SP方法检测47例胃癌石蜡包埋标本及7例正常胃组织中RAB5A蛋白的表达情况。[结果]正常胃组织中RAB5A蛋白表达的阳性率为0(0/7);胃癌组织中RAB5A蛋白表达的阳性率为91.49%(43/47),两者的阳性率有显著性差异(P<0.005)。有无淋巴结转移者的RAB5A蛋白表达的阳性率分别为91.89%(34/37)和90%(9/10),无显著性差异(P>0.05),但两者RAB5A蛋白的表达程度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]RAB5A蛋白的胃癌组织中高表达,且RAB5A蛋白的表达程度与胃癌转移有关。提示RAB5A可能是一个转移相关基因。
[Objective] To detect the expression of RABSA protein in gastric cancer and its relationship with metastasis. [Methods] Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of RAB5A protein in 47 paraffin-embedded specimens of gastric cancer and 7 normal gastric tissues. [Results] The positive rate of RAB5A protein expression in normal gastric tissues was 0 (0/7). The positive rate of RAB5A protein expression in gastric cancer tissues was 91.49% (43/47). There was a significant difference in the positive rate of RAB5A protein. (P<0.005). The positive rates of RAB5A protein expression in patients with and without lymph node metastasis were 91.89% (34/37) and 90% (9/10), respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05), but both RAB5A protein There was a significant difference in the degree of expression (P<0.05). [Conclusion] RAB5A protein was highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues, and the expression of RAB5A protein was related to the metastasis of gastric cancer. It suggests that RAB5A may be a metastasis-related gene.
