2012年12月31日,舟山群岛新区第一家渔农村集体经济股份合作社——普陀区六横镇坦岙村股份合作社成立。之后,新区所属4个县(区)在坦岙村成功经验的基础上开展渔农村集体资产股份制改革(以下简称股改)试点工作。2014年7月7日,舟山市委、市政府出台《关于深化新区渔农村改革加快推进城乡发展一体化的若干意见》,舟山群岛新区渔农村集体资产股份合作制改革工作全面铺开。到目前为止,全市528家渔农村经济合作
