以魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)、淀粉为主要原料,乳酸为改性剂,氨水为交联剂,用微波预处理工艺结合溶剂(水)流延法来制备KGM/淀粉复合膜材料,并通过正交设计方案L25(5,6)分析其影响因素。结果表明:一定厚度的KGM/淀粉复合膜的拉伸强度可达到食品包装薄膜材料(聚乙烯薄膜)的要求。通过XRD分析和形貌分析,KGM/淀粉复合膜呈现无定形态。初步的降解实验表明,KGM/淀粉复合膜在土壤悬浮液中的分解周期为2周左右。故KGM/淀粉复合膜是一种潜在的可降解包装膜材料。
KGM / starch composite membrane materials were prepared by KGM, starch as raw material, lactic acid as modifier and ammonia as cross-linking agent, and microwave pretreatment combined with solvent (water) casting method. The influencing factors were analyzed by orthogonal design L25 (5, 6). The results show that the tensile strength of KGM / starch composite film with certain thickness can meet the requirements of food packaging film material (polyethylene film). By XRD analysis and morphology analysis, KGM / starch composite film showed amorphous state. The preliminary degradation experiments showed that the decomposition period of KGM / starch composite membrane in soil suspension was about 2 weeks. Therefore KGM / starch composite film is a potential biodegradable packaging film material.
