选用籽粒色泽不同遗传标记材料 ,将白粒玉米 (作母本 )花粉与紫粒玉米 (作父本 )花粉以及黄粒高油玉米 (作父本 )花粉大致以 1:1:1混合的授粉方式 ,研究玉米油分基因花粉直感效应。结果表明 ,普通玉米间杂交 ,籽粒含油量变化不大 ,因组合而异。用高油玉米作父本给普通玉米授粉 ,因高油玉米花粉直感效应 ,可显著提高杂交当代籽粒含油量。据试验估计 ,用高油玉米自交系为材料做授粉亲本 ,花粉直感效应值为 0 .35~ 0 .38,用高油单交种为材料做授粉亲本 ,花粉直感效应值为 0 .36~ 0 .4 8
