在孙中山先生诞辰130周年之际,我更加怀念祖父范鸿仙烈士追随中山先生奔走革命、英勇卓绝的一生。祖父范鸿仙名光启,安徽合肥人。1906年加入同盟会,1909年至1913年先后与宋教仁等帮助于右任创办《民呼日报》、《民吁日报》和《民立报》,并主笔政。他秉正义之笔,扫凶顽之敌,抨击清延,鼓吹革命,唤醒民众为推翻封建帝制而斗争,深为孙中山先生所器重。孙中山先生称祖父“一支神笔胜十万师”。祖父还直接参与了孙中山先生领导的一系列革命活动。正如刘文典在《范烈士鸿仙先生行状》一文中所述“广州之役、武昌之师,先生参谋划策之功多焉”。②武昌起义之后,祖父力劝新军第九镇统制徐绍桢起义,
On the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s birth, I miss the memory of grandfather Fan Hongxian’s martyr who chased after Mr. Zhongshan’s revolution.
