强流质子源及低能传输线是加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)项目注入器的重要组成部分,为了保证其工作效率设计了一种基于实验物理及工业控制系统(EPICS)架构的远程控制系统。根据被控设备硬件接口的特点及控制需求分别采用可编程控制器(PLC)和串口服务器等作为控制部件,在主控机中使用LabVIEW编程实现了对系统内所有设备的监控,并借助于DSC模块把设备状态和参数等以过程变量的形式进行网络发布。设计的控制系统具有结构简单、工作可靠的特点,已经在系统调试中发挥了重要作用。
Strong proton source and low energy transmission line are important parts of accelerator driven subcritical (ADS) project injector. In order to ensure its working efficiency, a remote control system based on experimental physics and industrial control system (EPICS) is designed. According to the characteristics and control requirements of the hardware interface of the controlled device, the programmable logic controller (PLC) and serial server are respectively used as the control components. All the devices in the system are monitored by using LabVIEW programming in the host computer. Module to the device status and parameters in the form of process variables for network publishing. The designed control system has the characteristics of simple structure and reliable work and has played an important role in system debugging.
