信任不对称研究因突破了对“信任”或“不信任”的对称性假设而引起了学术界的重视,但已有文献尚缺乏对其全面系统性的梳理。为厘清与辨明信任不对称研究的理论脉络,审视其研究动态及最新进展,本文从信任不对称的存在性及其诱因研究、信任不对称的影响效应研究以及信任不对称的测量研究等三个方面对现有文献进行系统梳理与述评,并总结归纳未来研究的趋势与方向,以期对信任不对称理论的深化有所助益。
The study of asymmetry of trust has aroused academic attention because of breaking the symmetry hypothesis of “trust ” or “distrust ”, but there is still a lack of comprehensive review of the literature. In order to clarify and identify the theoretical framework of the research on asymmetric trust, and to review its research progress and recent progress, this paper studies the existence and inducement of trust asymmetry, the study of the effect of asymmetric trust and the measurement of trust asymmetry In this part, we systematically review and comment on the existing literature and summarize the trends and directions of the future research in the hope of helping to deepen the theory of asymmetric trust.
