理实一体化教学体系,就是整理融会教学环节,把培养学生职业能力的理论与实践相结合的教学作为一个整体考虑,单独制定教学计划与大纲,构建职业能力整体培养目标体系,通过各个教学环节的落实来保证整体目标的实现。一体化教学实际上就是以行动导向教学为主,以典型工作任务为导向,让学生在高仿企业管理的模式下,提高自身的综合能力。为此,下文研究钳工教学实践,已提出合理教学对策,应用于实际教学中。
