分析了IPLV/NPLV的应用条件,指出了其作为一种效率评价标准存在的缺陷。由于IPLV/NPLV不能真实地代表一个制冷站的运行特性,故仅用于比较单台机组的卸载特性,不能预测配置变频器带来的经济效益。认为评价冷水机组的实际运行工况时,高负荷区运行工况点的能效格外重要,为了确保获得经济上和环境上最佳的方案,应采用准确的能耗分析工具。
The application conditions of IPLV / NPLV are analyzed, and its defects as an efficiency evaluation standard are pointed out. Because IPLV / NPLV can not truly represent the operating characteristics of a refrigeration station, it is only used to compare the unloading characteristics of a single unit and can not predict the economic benefits of configuring the inverter. When it comes to evaluating the actual operating conditions of chillers, the energy efficiency of operating points in high load areas is of particular importance. To ensure the best economic and environmental solutions, an accurate energy consumption analysis tool should be used.
