According to statistics, about 50,000 U.S. companies went bankrupt in 1989. By 1994, the number of bankruptcies nearly doubled, analyzing the reasons for its failure. Experts believe that the main reasons for the failure of those companies are often nothing more than the following six major issues. It Is Unbelievably Positioning the Leader In the wrong place, executives at many companies do not know exactly where the company’s business activities are based. They overlook some of the key questions: what is a company’s expertise, what is the company’s reasonable long-term and immediate goals, what are the advantages and benefits of the company in the competition, and so on. Leader “unclear thinking ” will lead to chaos in the company to make business decisions. AGP owners do not know that possession of the market is the key to their profitability, shutting down many of the business locations in their area of control and ultimately finding their own way. Joss’s company, a company that produces stationery and other stationery exclusively for schools, has been profitable for more than 30 years.
