健美操深受大学生喜爱,但是,体育课中的健美操教学时间短、内容少,通常只教一些启蒙性的基础动作。因此,为准备参加比赛,还应该组织必要的课外训练。许多高校的实践表明,通过两个月左右的短期集训,完全有可能参加初级健美操比赛。 在训练计划的制订与实施过程中,应根据集训队员的具体情况,做出科学的阶段性安排。以参加初级比赛为目标,为期10周的大学生健美操队短期集训,可分为选材组队、编排设计及基本素质训练、掌握难度动作及分段训练、成套练习以及赛前准备5个训练阶段。
Aerobics is popular with college students, however, aerobics in physical education teaching time is short, less content, usually only teach some basic actions of enlightenment. Therefore, to prepare for the race, the necessary extra-curricular training should also be organized. Many colleges and universities have shown that it is quite possible to participate in primary aerobics competitions through short-term training of about two months or so. In the training plan formulation and implementation process, should be based on the specific circumstances of the training team members to make scientific and stage arrangements. To participate in primary competition as the goal, a 10-week college student aerobics team short-term training, can be divided into material selection team, layout design and basic quality training, grasp the difficulty of movement and segmentation training, complete sets of exercises and pre-competition training phase 5 .
