目的了解连云港海州区各级医疗机构消毒效果,找出存在问题,以提出改进管理措施。方法对辖区120家基层医疗机构的消毒效果进行监测。结果共采样1 917件,消毒合格率为64.06%,其中区级医疗机构为84.51%、乡镇级为73.37%、村级为61.13%,区级与乡级、乡级与村级之间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医疗机构消毒效果不容乐观,村级医疗机构的消毒状况尤为严重,须加强消毒工作监管和技术培训,提高院感控制能力。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Haizhou District of Lianyungang and find out the existing problems so as to put forward the improvement measures. Methods To monitor the disinfection effect of 120 primary medical institutions in the area. Results A total of 1 917 samples were collected and the pass rate of disinfection was 64.06%, among which 84.51% were district-level medical institutions, 73.37% were township-level and 61.13% were village-level. Differences between district level, township level, township level and village level There was statistical significance (all P <0.05). Conclusion The disinfection effect of medical institutions is not optimistic. The disinfection status of village-level medical institutions is especially serious. Supervision and technical training of disinfection work should be strengthened so as to improve the capacity of hospital control.
