武钢是新中国成立后建立的第一家大型钢铁联合企业,现有职工14万余人,钢铁年产量已达到双超500万吨。近十年来,武钢在走质量效益型发展道路的过程中,坚持企业办教育,提高职工素质,收到较好效果。武钢的职工高中文化教育,自职工初中“双补”基本结束开始,至今已进行了12个年头。我校是公司职工高中文化教育唯一基地,12年来一直保持着平均每学期招收7~8个新班的办学规模。12年来,在我校接受高
WISCO was the first large-scale iron and steel conglomerate established after the founding of People’s Republic of China. Currently, it employs 140,000 people and its annual output of steel has reached over 5 million tons. In the past ten years, while taking the road of quality and efficiency development, WISCO persisted in running enterprises through education, improving the quality of staff and workers and receiving good results. WISCO staff of high school education, self-employed junior high school “double fill” basically ended, has been carried out for 12 years.
