目的观察白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特辅助治疗肺炎支原体感染导致的气道高反应引起的长期痉挛性刺激性咳嗽。方法选择2009年3月-2011年3月在我院收治的150例肺炎支原体感染患儿,随机分为观察组和治疗组,两组均采用常规抗支原体的基础治疗,观察组同时予白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特口服,观察两组咳嗽缓解情况。结果观察组的咳嗽缓解时间明显缩短,并且咳嗽复发比例降低。结论孟鲁司特可降低肺炎支原体感染后的气道高反应,缓解支气管痉挛,缩短咳嗽病程,减少咳嗽复发。
Objective To observe the leukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast adjuvant treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection caused by airway hyperresponsiveness caused by long-term spasmodic irritating cough. Methods 150 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group. Both groups were treated with conventional anti-mycoplasma-based therapy. The observation group was given Bai-San Ethylene receptor antagonist montelukast oral administration of two groups to observe the relief of cough. Results The observation group cough remission time was significantly shorter, and the proportion of cough recurrence decreased. Conclusion Montelukast can reduce the airway hyperresponsiveness after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, relieve bronchial spasm, shorten the course of cough and reduce the recurrence of cough.
