沥青洒布车是道路表面处治和贯入式碎石路面施工中非常重要的机械设备,而喷嘴又是洒布车中至关重要的装置。它的喷洒性能直接影响着洒布车的工作性能,同时,喷嘴的喷洒性能参数也是洒布车设计中确定喷管的喷洒高度、喷嘴间距、啧洒压力、沥青泵流量、沥青泵驱动功率、车辆工作行驶速度等结构参数、性能参数及底盘选型的依据,本文通过对己设计出来的13种喷嘴进行的系统喷洒性能试验,找出了喷嘴结构及尺寸参数对喷洒性能的影响规律,同时找出了各种喷嘴较理想的喷洒压力和喷洒流量之间的配搭关系,并以此作为喷嘴设计或选型的依据。
