The results show that the transverse plasticity and toughness of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel decrease obviously with the inclusion of oxides, and the longitudinal fatigue strength of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel decreases obviously. According to σ _ (-1) = 0.5σ_b / (1+ (a / R)) ~ 1) The formula forecast σ _ (- 1) is basically accurate.
