抑郁症是发生率较高的心理疾病,对患者身心健康有严重的不良影响,临床症状主要有心境低落、意志减退、思维迟缓等,随着人们生活节奏越来越快以及各种压力的持续加大,发病率呈逐年上升的发展趋势,并且有着高复发、高致残以及高医疗成本等特点.蒙医学对该病名无古今文献记载,诸多学者归属于蒙医赫依病范畴进行治疗并且得到了很好的临床疗效.本文通过对该病古今进行梳理,提高对该病的认识,并结合自己临床工作做如下报道.
