采用文献资料、问卷调查和数据统计等方法,对西安业余排球俱乐部进行调查研究。结果发现:西安市业余排球俱乐部的运行,社会型业余排球俱乐部主要靠俱乐部成员个人出资运行,俱乐部管理者主要是俱乐部创始人;俱乐部主要通过朋友介绍的方式发展成员,俱乐部的活动组织由管理者通过网络、电话或短信发起;俱乐部经费支出最主要是场地租赁费用。
Using the methods of literature, questionnaire and data statistics, this paper investigates the amateur volleyball club in Xi’an. The results showed that: the operation of amateur volleyball club in Xi’an City, the social amateur volleyball club mainly relies on the personal contributions of club members run, the club manager is mainly the club founder; the club mainly develops the members through the way of friends’ introduction, and the club’s activities are organized by the manager Launched over the Internet, by phone or SMS; Club expenses are mostly the venue rental fee.
