家园合作,共助幼儿心理健康

近年来,广大幼教人士对幼儿心理健康以及家园合作的重要性和必要性已基本达成共识。然而,结合两者进行的讨论和分析少之又少,笔者试图针对家园合作促进幼儿心理健康的优势、困境及应对策略进行分析。结果发现家园合作对促进幼儿心理健康具有相互沟通、互为依据,相互理解、互为支持,相互一致、强化成效等优势。然而目前,在家园合作促进幼儿心理健康的过程中面临教育主体不重视、教育素质不过关、家园双方不配合、教育过程不持续等困境。因此,笔者提出了摆正教育态度、提升教育素质、增进家园合作等应对策略。 In recent years, the majority of preschool education teachers have basically reached consensus on the importance and necessity of young children’s mental health and their cooperation in homeland. However, with few discussions and analyzes, the author attempts to analyze the advantages, dilemmas and coping strategies of home-based cooperation in promoting mental health of young children. The results showed that domestic cooperation has the advantages of mutual communication, mutual support, mutual support, mutual support, and enhanced effectiveness in promoting the mental health of young children. However, at present, in the process of cooperation in promoting the mental health of young children at home, they face the dilemma of not paying attention to the main body of education, the quality of education, the uncoordination of the two sides of the homeland and the failure of the education process. Therefore, the author puts forward some countermeasures such as straightening out education attitude, improving education quality, and promoting home-based cooperation.
