本文对甲醇蒸馏法分离二氧化铀中微量硼和姜黄素水杨酸碱化法比色测定硼的各种基本条件进行了研究,并拟订出测定步骤。试样用磷酸溶解,通甲醇蒸气蒸馏。蒸馏出的硼酸甲酯,用稀氢氧化铵溶液吸收。蒸馏温度控制在80—90°C之间,蒸馏速度每分钟约为2.5毫升。馏出液收集体积约为50毫升。馏出液中微量硼用姜黄素水杨酸碱化法比色测定。本方法测硼范围为0.1—1微克,精密度小于±10%,回收率达90%以上。可用于测定二氧化铀及其他纯铀氧化物中的微量硼。
In this paper, the separation of trace amounts of boron in uranium dioxide by methanol distillation and the basic conditions for the colorimetric determination of boron by the alkaline method of curcumin salicylate were studied and the determination steps were drawn up. The method of measuring boron range of 0.1-1 micrograms, precision less than ± 10%, the recovery rate of more than 90%. It can be used for the determination of trace boron in uranium dioxide and other pure uranium oxides.
