分析了我国封闭式汽车库卫生标准及通风量的演变,发现尽管封闭式汽车库内CO允许质量浓度从100~200mg/m~3降到了30mg/m~3,但相关设计规范和技术措施中给出的排风换气次数基本未变。对文献中给出的通风量计算方法的计算结果差异很大、计算得到的风量最大值与最小值相差近11倍、且在引用和转引中出现众多纰缪的问题进行了分析。认为除去笔误外,风量计算的差异主要体现在单辆车CO排放量的取值不同,目前的取值并未反应出汽车污染物排放控制技术方面的进步,也不适应我国国情,导致封闭式汽车库排风量过大。
