非学历教育不受学科、学历层次的限制,尤其具有灵活、快捷、前沿、实用的特点,有效地整合高校的优质教育资源,满足社会需求,为当前经济形势发展服务。作为教学的延伸,如何面对非学历培训项目,协调各方关系,在夹缝中求生存与发展?本文认为,从现有的实际出发,改革机制,合理定位,整合资源,突显特色是做好非学历培训项目的当务之急。
Non-academic education is not subject to academic disciplines, academic level, especially flexible, fast, cutting-edge, practical features, effectively integrate the quality of educational resources in colleges and universities to meet the needs of society for the development of the current economic situation. As an extension of teaching, how to deal with non-academic training programs, coordinate relations among all parties, and find survival and development in the cracks? This paper argues that starting from the existing reality, reforming mechanisms, rationalizing positioning, integrating resources and highlighting characteristics are well done Non-academic training programs imperative.
