目的:观察盐酸小檗碱的热特征,并测定其水分。方法:利用热分析技术中的差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析法(TGA)对盐酸小檗碱进行热特征分析并测定其游离水和结晶水含量。结果:国内不同生产企业生产的盐酸小檗碱热特征图谱不同,结晶水含量均为7%左右。结论:热分析用于药物晶型研究以及熔点、结晶水含量等的测量,具有用量少、快速、灵敏高、检测方便等优点。
Objective: To observe the thermal characteristics of berberine hydrochloride and determine the water content. Methods: The thermal characterization of berberine hydrochloride was carried out by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) in the thermal analysis technique. The free water and the crystalline water content were determined. Results: The thermal profiles of berberine hydrochloride produced by different domestic manufacturers were different, and the content of water of crystallization was about 7%. Conclusion: The thermal analysis is used to study the drug crystal form and the measurement of melting point and crystal water content. It has the advantages of less dosage, quickness, high sensitivity and convenient testing.
