用铝热自蔓延法制备了钢管Al2O3内衬,测定了不同硅添加量下Al2O3内衬的相组成、硬度及显气孔率,并研究了含硅量对凝固结构的影响,研究表明:Si的添加使衬层相组成发生变化,同时改变了凝固方式,使正温度梯度下的顺序凝固区逐渐减小,而浆状区扩大,因而气孔由连通状变为孤立分布,降低了显气孔率,此外,还分析了铜管Al2O3内衬在压扁试验下的应力应变行为,讨论了硅添加量对钢管衬层机械性能的影响。
The inner tube of Al2O3 was prepared by aluminothermic self-propagating method. The phase composition, hardness and porosity of Al2O3 lining were measured under different amounts of silicon addition. The influence of silicon content on the solidification structure was also studied. The results show that the Si Adding to the change of the phase composition of the lining and the change of the solidification mode at the same time, the orderly solidification zone under the positive temperature gradient gradually decreases and the slurry zone expands. As a result, the stomata change from contiguous into isolated distribution and the apparent porosity decreases, In addition, the stress-strain behavior of copper-lined Al2O3 lining under the crush test was also analyzed. The effect of silicon addition on the mechanical properties of the steel lining was also discussed.
