介绍了废气再循环(EGR)降低柴油机NOx排放的原理和控制方法,考察了不同工况下柴油机废气污染物的排放分布情况,并进行了柴油机废气再循环的试验。试验结果表明,在柴油机稍作更改,成本增加不多的基础上,采用 EGR能够较有效地降低 NOx排放。
The principle and control method of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) to reduce diesel engine NOx emissions are introduced. The emission distribution of diesel engine exhaust pollutants under different operating conditions is investigated and the diesel exhaust recirculation test is carried out. The experimental results show that the EGR can effectively reduce the NOx emission based on the slight modification of the diesel engine and the small increase of the cost.
