对使用青铜基金刚石砂轮片切削光学玻璃时,出现的截面质量逐渐下降甚至最终出现大量边缘破损的现象进行了分析,揭示了青铜基砂轮随着使用时间的增加,因无法“自锐”而“堵塞”、进而变得钝化是此种现象的根本原因。在此基础上,结合实践经验和相关试验,提出了相应的解决方法,并对这一方法的机理展开研究。
