原发性肝癌(primary hepatic carcinoma,PHC)是全球第三大肿瘤相关死因。随着分子生物学及相关学科的发展,PHC的基因治疗已成为继手术、放疗、化疗、免疫治疗之后的第5种治疗模式。自杀基因以其高度特异性的负选择标记,杀伤多种耐药性肿瘤细胞等优势成为肝癌基因治疗的重要组成部分。本文就目前自杀基因的基本概念及其在肝癌治疗中的应用现状做一综述。
Primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) is the third leading cause of cancer-related death in the world. With the development of molecular biology and related disciplines, PHC gene therapy has become the fifth treatment mode after surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Suicide gene with its highly specific negative selection markers, killing a variety of drug-resistant tumor cells and other advantages become an important part of gene therapy of liver cancer. This article summarizes the basic concepts of suicide gene and its application in the treatment of liver cancer.
