介绍食品冷藏链的基本概念和基本特点,分析冷藏链的相关技术和我国食品冷藏链的现状,并在和国外冷藏链比较的基础上,提出发展我国食品冷藏链的对策和措施。
The basic concepts and basic characteristics of food cold chain are introduced. The related technologies of cold chain and the status quo of food cold chain in China are analyzed. Based on the comparison with foreign cold chain, the countermeasures and measures to develop food cold chain in China are put forward.
