本文针对“灵活运用家长资源,开展园本课程”的提出展开论述。全文结合本园教师贯彻《纲要》精神的实际工作经验从四个方面进行了阐述,包括发动家长搜集资料、请家长走进课堂、让家长带动家长和利用家长资源,进一步帮助幼儿积累经验。本文认为,在园本课程的开展中,教师应贯彻落实《纲要》精神,巧用家长资源,家园互动,引导幼儿积极、主动地参与到活动中,让每位幼儿在原有基础上获得更好的发展。
In this paper, “flexible use of parent resources, to carry out the garden course ” made the discussion. The full text combines the practical experience of the teachers in carrying out the spirit of the “Outline” from four aspects, including mobilizing parents to collect information, asking parents to enter the classroom, enabling parents to bring their parents and parents resources and further helping them to accumulate experience. This paper argues that in carrying out this course, teachers should implement the spirit of the “Outline”, skillfully use parents’ resources, and interact with their homes to guide children to participate actively and actively in activities so that each child can get better on the basis of the original development of.
