洁手净消毒液含０．５％二（辛基氨乙基）甘氨酸盐酸盐、丙二醇与表面活性剂。以含上述甘氨酸盐酸盐１０、２０与２５０ｍｇ／Ｌ的洁手净消毒液分别对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌作用３分钟，杀灭率均可达９９．９９％以上。消毒液放置室温下较稳定，但有机物的存在可明显减弱其杀菌作用
