夏秋用斑纹全限性家蚕品种粤蚕9号的育成

采用杂交以及系统选育的方法,育成了中系斑纹限性家蚕品种限9、限3和日系斑纹限性家蚕品种限7、限镇,并组配成四元杂交组合限9·限3×限7·限镇,命名为粤蚕9号.新品种杂交组合的实验室共同鉴定、农村生产饲养鉴定及蚕种繁育试验结果均表明其具有蚕卵孵化整齐,幼虫生长发育齐一、强健好养,产茧量高,以及茧丝品质优良的特点.其中,实验室共同鉴定的主要经济性状成绩为:虫蛹率97.78%;万蚕产茧量和万蚕茧层量分别比对照品种两广二号提高9.06%、10.81%;一粒茧丝长1 002m,解舒率76.83%,茧丝纤度2.675 dtex,洁净98.00分.此外,斑纹全限性的特点能在原蚕饲养过程中通过幼虫斑纹鉴别雌雄,可有效缓解蚕种生产过程劳动力紧张的压力和减少用工成本.粤蚕9号于2016年通过广东省农作物品种审定,适宜在广东等华南蚕区夏秋季饲养.“,”Sex-limited marking silkworm (Bombyx mori) varieties including Chinese strain named Xian 9 and Xian 3,and Japanese strain named Xian 7 and Xianzhen were bred through cross breeding and pedigree selection,and the obtained 4 new varieties were combined to prepare a new quaternary hybrid combination Xian 9 · Xian 3 xXian 7 · Xianzhen (named Yuecan No.9).Results of laboratory co-identification,rural rearing identification and silkworm egg reproduction test all revealed that the prepared new quaternary hybrid combination had advantages of synchronous incubation and development,strong vitality and easy handing,high cocoon yield and excellent silk quality.Results of important economic traits co-identified at three laboratories showed that larva-pupa rate of the new variety was 97.78%,cocoon weight per 10 000 larvae and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae were increased by 9.06% and 10.81% as compared with the control silkworm variety Liangguangerhao,length of cocoon filament was 1 002 m,reelability percentage was 76.83%,size of cocoon filament was 2.675 dtex and neatness was 98.00 points.In addition,characteristics of this complete sex-limited marking make it possible to distinguish male and female silkworms through observing larva markings in the process of parent silkworm rearing,which can effectively alleviate labor shortage pressure and reduce labor costs during silkworm egg production.This new silkworm variety Yuecan No.9 had been evaluated and approved by the agricultural crop variety evaluation of Guangdong Province in 2016.It is suitable for summer and autumn rearingin Guangdong and other sericultural areas in South China.
