本文描述用多维气相色谱(SE-54柱/FFAP柱)和FID/ECD并行检测系统分析TCDDs和PCBs的方法。经SE-54柱切割的目的部分立即进入FFAP柱分离,中间不需用冷捕集技术。结果表明,该方法是选择检测复杂环境样品中痕量毒物的有效方法。
This article describes a method for the analysis of TCDDs and PCBs using multidimensional gas chromatography (SE-54 columns / FFAP columns) and FID / ECD parallel detection systems. The target part cut by SE-54 column immediately enters the FFAP column separation without the need of cold-trapping technology in the middle. The results show that this method is an effective method to select trace toxicants in complex environmental samples.
