本文对不同晶粒尺寸的热压NiZn铁氧体的加工表现作了描述。仔细观测了它们的断口显微结构,测量了它们的力学性能,根据破坏力学的原理,从显微结构和力学性能二方面的测试结果对铁氧体出现不同加工表现的原因进行了探讨,对铁氧体制造条件与加工性之间的关系也进行了讨论。
This paper describes the processing performance of hot-pressed NiZn ferrite with different grain sizes. The microstructures of the fracture surfaces were carefully observed and their mechanical properties were measured. According to the principle of destructive mechanics, the reasons for the different machining behavior of ferrites were discussed based on the microstructure and mechanical properties. The relationship between ferrite manufacturing conditions and workability is also discussed.
