设计和制作了3根足尺寸现浇企口装配预制梁和1根整浇梁,进行预制梁干湿连接企口承载力试验。通过比较装配预制梁和整浇梁的力学参数,研究现浇企口受力及变形能力,找出其局部刚度变化规律。结果表明,现浇企口对装配预制梁的承载力影响不大,变形能力满足设计规范要求,弯矩最大处对连接点最不利。现浇企口处局部刚度在受力前期下降较为明显,后期较为缓慢,最终整体刚度降低约1/3。
Three full-size cast-in-situ prefabricated beams and one full cast-in-situ beam were designed and fabricated to carry out the test of the bearing capacity of dry-wet pre-fabricated beams. By comparing the mechanical parameters of the prefabricated beam and the cast-in-situ beam, the stress and deformation capacity of the cast-in-situ ingot are studied to find out the variation rule of the local rigidity. The results show that the cast-in box mouth has little effect on the bearing capacity of fabricated prefabricated beams, and the deformation ability meets the design specifications. The maximum bending moment is most unfavorable to the connection points. The local stiffness of the cast-in girdle is obviously decreased in the early period of the force reduction, but slower in the latter period, and the final overall stiffness is reduced by about 1/3.
